The herb garden is available to players at level 96. after completing [120] clearing the garden the herb garden will unlock and be given to you for free. you will be able to pick various draenor herbs and [draenic seeds], which can be used at the garden for work orders for more random herbs..
Ok so i am hearing conflicting information. i read that i should have had a quest for fishing shack and herb garden at level 92. i am not level 94.. The fishing area and herb garden area did appear outside my garrison. each is supposed to have quests to unlock them, but neither as any quest, and at my architect table, they still show as locked and state i need to complete the quests to unlock them.. The fishing shack provides bait, tackle, and support to those looking for their next big catch. allows basic draenor fish to be caught in garrison waters. also provides access to a draenor daily fishing quest..
